ARTIST STATEMENT

Luz Elena is a visual and multimedia artist specializing in two- and three-dimensional illustrations and design in portraiture and anatomy.

"As an artist with a lifelong passion for creation, I‘ve studied through various mediums and artistic disciplines, earning degrees in fine art, studio art, video production, and animation. Drawing and painting have always held a special place in my heart, though I find inspiration in every medium I encounter. 

My art is an exploration of the depths of my imagination, a manifestation of what I feel, what's imprisoned within my mind, and what's hidden within my soul. Each piece serves as a glimpse into the inner workings of my being, expressing thoughts and emotions that words cannot capture. Art, for me, is more than just visual expression; it's my voice, sketched onto the canvas of existence."

She currently creates in California.
